Epilogue
3 Days Later

The room was bright and warm. It was bright to the point where Gregg could not see. It was warm in a way that kept Gregg calm. He moved his feet in step. He walked blindly, yet like the prayer dictated, he walked by faith.
Gregg could hear a voice on what sounded like a drive thru window echoing somewhere up ahead.
Come one! Come all! It is your destiny to be judged!
Gregg kept walking. The ground he stepped on was soft. It gave no pain to his joints. It was even fluffy like a cloud.
“Did I make it to Heaven?” Gregg thought to himself.
He heard the drive thru attendant getting a bit louder as he continued forward.
Please form a single line. We are experiencing a slight delay due to an unexpected amount of newcomers. Please be patient. We will be with you shortly.
Gregg looked around but it was still far too bright for him to see anything. So he walked. He listened intently on new instruction from the voice.
Gregg was looking up into a cloud when he bumped into a gate that stopped him. The impact must have jolted something in his vision because, when he looked down, he saw a turnstile like the ones you go through on the subway or at a baseball game. To his left and to his right were other turnstiles that people were walking through. Masses of people, hoards of them in fact, took their turn into what was behind those turnstiles. Gregg even saw the Great Willie McCovey there.
Gregg looked around for Darius. Part of him wanted to see his brother. Part of him also hoped he made it through the break of war just before Gregg had found the warmth of light.
Gregg came to a man who looked like he had been in Hell for a really long time. His clothes were covered in soot. The colors tips of his shirt underneath his silky red and black vest were singed at the tips. He looked at Gregg and tipped his hat.
“Welcome to Judgement. You’re number is 3. Have a seat and we will set you up with your session.” he said as he handed Gregg a Judgement Inc. Business card with the Roman numeral III hand written on it. The name of the representative on the card read, Ryan Wilcox

Darius awoke in a warm bright room. He put his hand on his stomach and thought to himself “Oh good those zombies didn’t tear me to shreds after all. Wait this doesn’t look like Mexico.” He noticed a huge single file line and made his way towards what looked like the end. Darius could hear a faint voice in the background
Please form a single line. We are experiencing a slight delay due to an unexpected amount of newcomers. Please be patient. We will be with you shortly.
He approached a large old woman with stringy dingy hair. She was covered in ash and her skin was grayish and decaying. Darius tapped her on the shoulder, she turned around and Darius jumped back in shock from her skeleton like appearance. The old woman was irritated and told him
“No cutting bozo!”
Darius looked confused and snapped back.
“I’m not you kooky old bitch! What the hell are you waiting in line for? What is it government cheese day or something? Where are we?”
The woman replied
“You really don’t know. You’re dead genius. This is the judgement line.”
Darius looked around and then back at the decaying old woman
“Well why are you in line? You look like you died centuries ago.”
The woman turned back around as dust flew off of her shoulders. Darius checked his pockets, the wooden ashtray was still in his possession, but his bag of weed was nearly empty.
“Goddammit this might really be Hell. Fuck this I’m not waiting in line with you losers. Who do I talk to about expediting this process?”
Darius walked past the old lady making his way towards the front of the line. The woman shouted
“Hey where do you think you’re going!”
Darius ignored her continuing on as she gave him the finger. He walked for a moment until he was stopped by short man covered in shaggy brown hair and with the legs of a goat. He put his palm in Darius’s chest and yelled
“Halt, where do you think you’re going? Get back in line!”
Darius slapped the goat man’s hand away
“You might want to get out of my way goat boy before something bad happens to you! Do you know who the fuck I am. I’m D-Money and I don’t wait in line. Now who do I talk to about my Heaven hood pass?”
Darius pulled out the wooden ashtray and flashed it in front of the demon who looked at it in amazement. The goat man motioned for Darius to follow him and said
“I’m sorry for the mix up, we’ve actually been expecting you.”
Darius put the wooden ashtray back in his pocket.
“Good it’s about goddamn time, also who sells the weed around here?”

Gregg came to a mirror. It was a digital video game, much like one of those Facebook games that asks what your next hair color might be,or one that tells you who you will marry. He looked at a young boy who was playing it. The boy put his face in front of a censor and in front of him, the screen produced an image of who you will be in your next life.
The little boy came out as an old lady with a huge set of grand-kids. In the picture, the old lady sat on a baseline of a baseball diamond in a chair while all of her grand-kids played ball together. The little boy cried. He cried tears of joy in the thought of who he would become in his next life.
Gregg put his face to the censor. He giggled inside at the possibilities. The screen produced a picture of Gregg looking at his own face. The loud speaker went off.
Number III! Gregorio! Number ! Gregorio el tresé! Dulce leche! Dr. S! Sid the Squid!3z3!3Style! Is there a Gregg in the Judgement Line?
Gregg turned around and raised his three fingers in the air like the international okie dokie sign.
“I’m here!”
Judge will see you now
